Delete your account and data

You can delete your account at any time, in one of two ways.

In the app: Go to Settings → Delete account. Everything is removed straight away.

Without the app: Email info@drleelong.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What’s deleted

Your account, journal and reflections, and assessments and progress are all deleted at once.

What’s kept, and for how long

• A record that a subscription was bought, with your account no longer attached, for accounting and support.

• Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.

• Database backups roll off within the backup window (7 days on Supabase’s paid plans).

• Crash reports and analytics expire on Sentry’s and PostHog’s own schedules.
